This frame can be used as alternative framing for one of our Pictures for Sale: large Antique French Second Empire Frame, ca. 1860 - ebonized and decorated with golden Stars outside and with an original Lemon Gold (Silver Leaf) Fillet inside - Rabbet Size (for pictures up to) 12 1/8" x 18 3/8" x profile width 1 inch (30,8 x 46,8 x 2,5 cm) - wear and light bumps, otherwise ok, good patina and original surface - suitable for artworks on paper, with passepartout also for smaller works or can be sized - Price: EUR 170 (convert to Pounds or other Currencies ) - our Ref. Additional Note: (only in German) - die kleinen Beschädigungen an den Ecken (sofern sie nicht durch einen Zuschnitt sowieso wegfallen) können gegen geringen Mehrpreis behoben werden. Die Rückseite zeigt Spuren eines früheren Besuchs des Holzwurms. Von der Vorderseite ist davon Nichts sichtbar.
