Notes:	August Fischer (1854-1921) studied at the Royal Academy in Copenhagen and lived after 1885 in Vienna. He travelled a lot and his views from Italy, Switzerland, Germany are appearing regularly on the art markets. In most cases he used a "fresh" light palette, depicting the motiv on a sunny day. Please note that we are NOT interested in Danish motifs by this artist.

Note: As we note on this painting: Towards the end of the 19th Century this town and bay was a quite calm and romantic coastal place with a few buildings only.
