Hansen, Broder Heinrich (German, c.1811-1851) - Watercolors
Place:
Worked and lived in Flensburg and from 1836 in Altona (near Hamburg), Germany.
Motifs:
Ship Portraits of Sailing Vessels.
Prices:

Notes:
The ships are very accurately drawn and like the other Hansens he used an unusual white lining at the bottom in which he inscribed the ship´s and captain´s name. Information about the artist and his oeuvre can also be found in our book "Ship Portrait Artists".
