Art Wanted: Sell your 19th Century Ship Portrait

We are looking for works by:

Artist:
Kung Fong (Chinese, active c. 1875-80) - Oilpaintings on canvas
Place:
Lived and worked in Shanghai, China
Motifs:
Ship Portraits of sailing vessels
Prices:
His works are offered only very rarely on the art market. A usual range is not available. Prices depend on subject, size, date, quality and condition. Please send us an e-mail to receive an exact offer for your work by this artist (free of charge for persons considering to sell their painting).
Notes:
One of the many port painters who worked in Shanghai, but one of the few who is known by name. Apparently he worked from photographs, thus merely achieving an average quality and style. Information about the artist and his oeuvre can also be found in our books "Ship Portrait Artists" and "World Register of Ship Portraits Edition 1999/2000" (coming in spring 1999).
Contact:
The FineArtEmporium is interested in the direct purchase of fine works by this artist and can pay a good price. Please refer to our page "Contact" and send an e-mail to bais@gmx.de with the information requested there. You will receive an answer usually within 48-72 hours (up to a week in rare cases).
