Spin was a very productive ship portrait artist wit a large Ouevre. The ship under full sail usually dominates the composition, in some of his better pictures he adds an exotic background like Batavia or Japan. Information about the artist and his oeuvre can also be found in our book "Ship Portrait Artists". |
