Notes:
Teupken received his training by his father (Dirk Anton Teupken The Elder) and adopted and later developed his father´s style. As a background he usually chose the Dutch coastline or the Island of Texel. Most of his works are in collections on the Continent. Information about the artist and his oeuvre can also be found in our book "Ship Portrait Artists".
